I have two goals.
1 Get thin. I want to be down to 12st by August.
2 Get quicker on the bike.
The 2 should go hand in hand hopefully.
To measure my improvement I am going to use the Frocester Hill segment on Strava. Last year I set myself the goal of getting under 10 minutes. i eventually managed 10mins 18. But I was still carry the equivalent of my sons weight in blubber. This year the goal is to break 9mins. I last did that when I was last slim in 2006.
What are your goals Stevie?
Steve wants to do his 16 mile small loop road ride in less than an hour. It's a hilly ride and can only do it slim. Last time I did it in 1hr 6min. To do this I need to be 13 stone by 22 March and 12 stone by 19 July.
